1. The rental
By completing a reservation, you agree to return the equipment by the return time and in substantially the same condition it was provided. Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond normal wear is billed under our damage policy.
2. Identity and eligibility
Renters must be 18 or older. We may request ID at pickup. Equipment cannot be subleased or transferred.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe at booking. A partial refund may apply on cancellation depending on timing — see FAQ for details.
4. Liability
iGolf Club Rentals' liability is limited to the rental amount paid. We are not responsible for injury, play outcomes, or course fees.
